David is the Minister at Hurstville Presbyterian Church, and is keen to introduce many locals to the Lord Jesus and to help them grow in the Faith. David completed his formal training at the Queensland Theological College in 1992, and has served previously at Creek Road in Brisbane and Willows in Townsville. David is married to Elizabeth, and they have three children.
Tim is his final year of part-time study at the Presbyterian Theological College. He is married to Wendy and they have two children. While undertaking some ministry training at HPC, Tim will continue his role as the part-time pastor of Chinese Presbyterian Church, Surry Hills, serving among international students from Hong Kong and China. Tim’s interests include classical music, movies, soccer and basketball.
Daniel Ahn is in his third year of full time study at PTC (Presbyterian Theological Centre) as a Candidate. At HPC, Daniel co-ordinates the high-school youth group and attends both morning and evening services. Daniel is passionate in multi-cultural ministry and witnessing God's work through people while they grow in faith. Daniel is keen on Music, anything to do with Sports, and especially Coffee.
John Thoms has been an elder of the Hurstville congregation since May 1976 and Session Clerk since November 1994. He is a member of the Presbyterian Theological Centre Committee of the Presbyterian Church in NSW and the Presbytery representative for the Hurstville congregation. John has a background in finance and administration within the public and private sectors.
